Membership Levels

Memberships are offered to investment firms and professional service firms with the membership fees being determined by the type of business and, when applicable, the amount of capital under management.

Annual Membership Fees:

Memberships are for four members of each organization.  Fees for each additional member are $250.

In-state Venture Capital, Private Equity, and LBO Firms (fees are calculated based on total assets under management):

	Less than $10 million under management	. . . . . . . . .	$1,050

To submit an application for membership, please complete the membership form and submit it to the MVCA.  Upon review and acceptance, you will be asked to remit payment for the annual fees.
